PKSF maintains a complete database of
training information provided by PKSF.

The outstanding training demand of POs,
resource pool, resource persons grading, course evaluation etc. are recorded
in the database.

Very recently comprehensive software is
being used for preserving multi-dimensional information of trainings provided
by PKSF, by POs own arrangement and from other sources. This information is
very much helpful in assessing the capacity level of the individual and the
respective organization’s Human Resources.
