PKSF’s training wing is headed by Deputy Managing Director
(Admin. & Finance).

The wing is supported by a Seven-member team-(1 Deputy
General Manager, 1 Manager, 1 deputy Managers, 1 Assistant Manager, 2
officers and one junior officers).

1.8 Training Venue:
·
The training venue
is located at PKSF's complex with facilities to organize two batches training
simultaneously; one is residential, while another is non-residential. Each
batch consists of 25 participants.
·
In order to
provide trainings against huge volume of demands, PKSF has selected 30
associate training institutes throughout the country. Most of them are from
its POs for outsourcing the trainings.

1.9 Training Need Assessment:
PKSF regularly assesses the Training Needs of the POs’
staff. Based on the TNA; PKSF updates the modules on regular basis.
1.10 Training Calendar of
PKSF:

On
regular basis for each year, PKSF collects the training demands from its POs
in order to prepare a yearly training calendar for implementation.
·
On the basis of training demands along with considering some other
factors, then Yearly Training Calendar (YTC) is prepared.

1.11 Training expenses:
·
From the inception, the total training
expenses for all kinds of training were borne by PKSF.
·
Gradually through evaluating the capability
and financial sustainability recently PKSF is charging a percentage of
training expenses (80%, 50% & 30%) according to the respective category
of POs (A, B & C).

1.13 Library:
PKSF has a library enriched with literatures and
publications on poverty alleviation and microfinance issues, so that PKSF
staffs can keep themselves updated about the latest development in these areas.
Besides the staff, researchers and scholars interested in poverty alleviation
and microcredit can also use PKSF library.
